Abu Dhabi Marina (Jetty)

Involvement: Designed and created shop drawings for a floating concrete jetty in a private marina in Abu Dhabi. 

Dubai Fortress (Hotel)

Hotel: Fortress Hotel Dubai

Involvement: Created a conceptual design for a hotel to reflect the culture and heritage of the United Arab Emirates, using the traditional fortress as the primar inspiration for the project. The orientation of the building and design of the doors and windows were developed with an eye to sustainability in the extremely hot environment, using a central courtyard to maximize airflow and create a sense of airy openness. 

Asaloye Flats (Multi-Family)

Involvement: Designed and provided quality control during the construction of apartment building, leading and supervising the project to meet the deadline. 

Gheshm Complex (Mixed-use)

Involvement: Architectural design of a five story (G+4) building, including shops on the ground level and residential apartments on upper floors. 

Tehran Apartments (Multi-Family Residential)

Involvement: Designed a ten story (G+10) apartment building north of Tehran. 

Al Harthy Residence (Villa Interior)

Villa: Al Harthy Residence

Involvement: Met with client, created quotation, and developed the designs for a three-story (G+2) villa, including the ceiling GYP, wall GYP, staircases, lighting system, and provided complete supervision of construction. 

Sharjah Private Residence (Villa)

Involvement: Met with client, created quotation, and developed the design for a three-story (G+2) villa with exterior (back filing, interlock, curbstone, compaction). 

Luxury Spec Houses (Housing Development)

Planned Housing Community: Luxury Villas Iran 

Firm/Location: Silane Sabz/ Iran 

Designation: Architectural Engineer 

Involvement: Created five easy-to-replicate villa designs for a planned housing development of 101 homes. The designs were inspired by global, luxury home designs as specified by the client and adjusted to meet the specifications of local city regulations as discussed with the land owner, and streamlined for mass construction through coordination with the civil engineers regarding technical issues.
